-- ROAZHON / RENNES, Tuesday September 29, 1998 --
Gwengamp/Guingamp 1996 protest-march : appeal trial in Roazhon/Rennes.
Two men from An Oriant/Lorient, Gerard BERNARD and Klaod AN DUIGOU, will appear on Tuesday September 29, 1998, in Roazhon/Rennes on appeal of a previous judgement delivered on November 10, 1997 by the First Instance Court (Magistrate's Court) of Gwengamp/ Guingamp.
Many disorders had disturbed the protest-march organized on January 27, 1996, in Gwengamp/Guingamp by the Coordination of the Assistance Committees to Breton people prosecuted for having harboured Basque political refugees.
Accused by the police force (but they deny the facts and have lodged a complaint for "libellous denunciation") of having,
the first one broken a window pane of the Law Court, the second one given a kick on a police car, they had been sentenced, respectively, to 1 month imprisonment and to 1 month suspended plus 6.000 F fine.
Their defence, taken in charge by SKOAZELL VREIZH, will be carried out - on their request - by Mr Yann CHOUCQ.

-- AMBRAULD, Saturday August 8, 1998 at 10 o'clock --
Gendarmerie force illegal data file : Breton militant bothered.
A member of the executive bureau of SKOAZELL VREIZH undoubtedly underwent the consequences of the illegal existence of a so called Automated File for Struggling against Terrorism, at the time of an ordinary road check which ended up at the gendarmerie squad !
If yourself or a close relation had to endure a particularly indiscreet road check from the gendarmerie force, you may if you wish inform us about it.
